All our PP, LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE (recycled plastic grade pellets) repro are produced according to the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) guidelines

Our LDPE and LLDPE repro in reusable grocery bags complies with California State’s SB 270 standards

Product Quality

State-of-art technology: We do compound and modification on the PCR repo specs, as well as post blending and friction washing to ensure highest quality products.

Superior grade repro: Our materials have a low gel count, and thus runs cleaner and longer than most PCR in the market which results in higher efficiency and less down time for the processing plants.

Lab for repro customization: We have the capability to engineer and customize our repro to meet our client’s specific requirements.

Reducing Environmental Risks

Polyfit started with the initiative to reduce plastic waste because we believe in a circular economy where we can reuse and recycle existing materials in order to extend their life cycle. We have collected various types of waste for recycling purposes each year. This helps to reduce global impact by slowing down the excavation of new natural resources and reducing GHG emission. Furthermore, Polyfit also implements water treatment in our recycling plants to ensure that most of the water used in our processing plants is from the reuse water. This helps decrease wastewater discharge and reduce environmental impacts.

In each year we collect waste and prevent these wastes from going into landfills by

• Paper: approximately 24,000 tons / year
• Metals: approximately 120 gross tons / year
• Plastic: approximately 80,000 tons / year
• E-waste: approximately 200 tons / year

Reduction of GHG emission

• Through our recycling efforts, Polyfit reduces GHG emission approximately by 300,000 tons CO2 equivalent per year.

Reuse and recycle water

• We filter and treat our in-house water for reuse and 90% of our in-house water is from reuse and recycle water.

Recuperating Human Well-Being

Polyfit does not only operate business with customer and environment at the center of our focus, but we also make sure that we contribute to the well-being of our staff and society. We make sure that all our employees are paid with fair wages, works in the safe environment and are treated with equality regardless of their race and gender. Moreover, in order to give back to the society, Polyfit supports two charitable organizations that help those who are living in poverty and in vulnerable situations.

Above average wages: Polyfit makes sure that we are not just a fair employer but Polyfit pays approximately 30% above the going average for any one position.

Equality in gender: Polyfit employees people based on abilities, skillset, and character. Currently, we are employs more females than males. The ratio of female to male is 60:40.

Anti-corruption policy: Polyfit has implemented an anti-corruption policy and there is no litigation relating to bribery, fraud or corruption.

Supporting good causes: Currently, Polyfit supports HelpLive and Didomi Tribe, which are U.S. registered 501.c3 charitable organizations. The reasons that Polyfit chooses to support these two non-profit organizations are because these organizations help to combat poverty and hunger. By supporting such non-profit organizations, Polyfit hope that we can be a part of making this world a better place.

Help Live: HelpLive was founded with a dedicated focus on assisting at-risk children who are in vulnerable situations due to global issues. Currently, HelpLive's humanitarian efforts are specifically focused on Thailand & India, striving to ensure at-risk children have access to proper food, healthcare, housing, and education. Since 2009, the organization has assisted more than a thousand children in both Thailand and India. Presently, HelpLive is taking care of 110 children in Thailand and 15 children in India.

Didomi Tribe: A non-profit organization established in the USA whereby their mission is to provide spiritual, relational, and material support for those experiencing poverty. The organization has served more than 460 meals to homeless people, given more than 340 backpacks filled with essential items to those in need and provided spiritual, relational, and material support to more than 225 families.
